Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: FREE shipping
- Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹49 shipping charge
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the registered email or phone number. You can track your order from your My Orders page.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails both times, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, you may be required to bear re-delivery charges for a third attempt.
Damaged / Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeline, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello.6oclock@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
