No. All sales are final. We maintain a strict No Return / No Exchange policy to keep our prices competitive and operations lean. Please review your order carefully — size, color, and product — before confirming purchase.

We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay — including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

We stock sizes from XS all the way to 6XL and Free Size. Check each product page for available sizes and refer to our Size Guide for measurements.

COD is available for most locations across India. If COD is not available for your pincode, the option will not appear at checkout.

Please check with your neighbors and the delivery note left at your address. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update at hello.6oclock@gmail.com.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp if you need to cancel.

We're sorry! In the rare case of a genuinely defective or incorrect product, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier partner name will appear in your My Orders page. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.

We make every effort to show accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen calibrations and lighting conditions during photography.
